When does Ciao Ollies deliver?

Ciao Ollies delivers every Tuesday and Thursday. You will receive a text notification once your pack has arrived

Where does Ciao Ollies deliver to?

Ollies Squadra are currently out delivering from Edmonton to Palm Cove and all suburbs in between. We are currently working to expand our deliveries to outer regions in the future 

What are your cut off times for delivery?

Cut off time for delivery Tuesday is Monday 16:00

Cut off time for delivery Thursday is Wednesday 16:00

What time do you deliver?

We aim to have all of our deliveries complete by 18:30 each day. If there are any delays we will get in touch and let you know

I put the wrong delivery address on my order?

Please contact us with ample notice via our support page. We’ll change your address ahead of your delivery

Does Ciao Ollies allow pick up?

Yes! You may collect your pack every Tuesday or Thursday depending on what day you choose for collection. All collections are made from 21 Spence Street Cairns, 4870 between 10:00-16:00

How do I contact customer support? 

Due to high volume of calls and messages in a day our wait times may be long. Our Squadra work hard to reply as quickly as possible. For general enquiries and feedback please contact us via our support page or alternatively click on our support page and chat with our Crazy Italian Bot

Is it possible to change my order?

Yes! It is certainly possible to change your order, we just require 72 hours notice 

What is the difference between the 2 and 4 person packs?

The 2 person pack is ideal for 2 people or 1 person if you would like to spread out your meals for the week. The 4 person pack is ideal for families, or housemates that cook together as well. Our 4 person packs are great for dinner parties also (Our Ollies Squadra love those ones) 

Do you offer vegetarian and vegan recipes?

Yes! We currently have options that cater to vegetarians and vegans. Ollies Squadra are continually working to constantly improve the menu and provide more options, but currently we do not separate vegetarian and vegan recipes. On our website we highlight what is vegan in our Veggie Packs. 

How long will my products stay fresh? 

Ollies Squadra make sure that when packing your packs we indicate what recipes to have first to ensure complete freshness. We also make sure we are letting you know what products to freeze to ensure freshness at the end of the week!

Do you have gluten free options?

Yes! Just be sure to click Gluten Free for a small extra charge 

Do I need household ingredients in addition to the packs delivered?

Yes! A few staple pantry items such as olive oil, butter and herbs and spices may be added to your dish if you would like to alter the flavour, however our Crazy Italian Chefs work hard to ensure all flavours in dishes are incredible before they leave our kitchen and reach yours 

How long will my products stay fresh for?

Ciao Ollies ensures that we recommend what recipe to cook first to ensure freshness across all items.

Alternatively, you can freeze your pasta on the day of delivery for up to a month. Freezing is a great way to lock in the freshness of our products and ensure you can enjoy delicious, artisan pasta and sauces at a time convenient for you. Your recipe card will also include details on how to defrost your dishes safely.

Can I add extra items into my pack?

Yes! We offer add on products throughout our weeks! 

What's included in the pack?

Our packs contain everything you need: pasta, sauce, garnishes, and simple, step-by-step instructions for how to prepare your dishes.

Food allergens?

Ollie's Italian features a wide variety of pasta recipes that are made in a small kitchen using fresh ingredients. We cannot that traces of gluten and diary foods are not present in our dishes.
 
If you have a food allergy, we advise against consuming our products. 
 
The 14 major allergens, as outlined by the FSA, and which may be present in any of our dishes, include:
  1. Celery 
  2. Cereals containing gluten (e.g. wheat)
  3. Crustaceans
  4. Eggs
  5. Fish
  6. Lupin
  7. Milk
  8. Mustard
  9. Nuts
  10. Peanuts
  11. Sesame seeds
  12. Soya
  13. Sulphur dioxide

Where do you make your pasta?
The safety and quality of our products and the health and wellbeing of our  customers and Ollie's Squadra is our number one priority and we would not do anything to put that at risk. In addition to our already implemented high health and safety regulations throughout Ciao Ollies we have added in some extra health and safety measures to ensure everyone stays health and happy. As the days and weeks change we are staying up to date with all health and safety recommendations on how to protect our customers and Squadra. 
Is the virus transmitted through food products?

What are you doing to make sure the Virus isn't transmitted through your drivers?

As the days and weeks change we are staying up to date with all health and safety recommendations on how to protect our customers and Squadra. In addition our Ollies Squadra have been directed to follow strict hygiene protocols which include frequent hand washing. Drivers have also been advised to stay home if they are feeling sick, exhibit any symptoms of acute respiratory illness or have been in close contact with confirmed cases of infection
