Ricotta Arancini

These Italian ricotta arancini make for a delicious meatless meal.  Arborio rice, ricotta, garlic and herbs, breaded and fried until golden brown, served up with marinara and a dusting of grated cheese.  

15 minutes | Vegetarian. Not suitable for celiacs 


Arborio rice, garlic, panko crumbs, ricotta, salt, pepper, vegetable stock, ricotta, tomato 


1. Remove the arancini from the packet

2. Heat up a pan with oil until hot 

3. Reduce the heat to medium and add arancini 

4. Cook arancini for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown 

Note if you would like to cook these in the oven you can also do so by heating your oven to 180c and cooking until golden brown each side
