Gnocchi Pesto

Hand-made potato gnocchi with a fresh and vibrant pesto including zucchini, Parmesan, basil & olive oil. Minimum fuss and maximum flavour! Yum! 

10 minutes | Vegetarian . Not suitable for celiacs 

Ingredients:

Pinenuts, basil, garlic, olive oil, zucchini, potato, 00 Flour, olive oil, salt

METHOD

1. Heat up a pan for the pesto zucchini sauce 

2. Remove the pesto sauce from the bag

3. Pour the sauce into the pan and heat for around 2-3 minutes making sure the pan is turned down to a lower setting once heated 

3. Add gnocchi to the pesto sauce once headed 

4. Toss the gnocchi through the sauce until it's coated in pesto zucchini sauce

 

Top with some parmesan, pine nuts and chilli
