Chicken Fingers with Lime Mayo

A family favourite our chicken fingers are marinated in thyme and lemon before being coated in breadcrumbs. Cook with sweet potato fries and served with our famous lime mayo this dish will be on the menu every week!

Chicken breast, thyme, lemon, breadcrumbs, egg, sweet potato, paprika, lime mayo


1. Remove the chicken fingers from the packet

2. Heat up a pan with oil until hot 

3. Reduce the heat to medium and add chicken fingers

4. Cook chicken fingers for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown 

Note if you would like to cook these in the oven you can also do so by heating your oven to 180c and cooking until golden brown each side
